Shhhhh!!! The Power of Silence

I recently heard someone say “Invite Silence to be a Participant in your conversations”, and it made me think how powerful silence is when we are communicating with someone. When we are actually listening to them, rather than trying to think of the next thing to say.

And, then I realized how powerful it is when we invite Silence to be our partner in our business and our life. When Silence is your partner, it doesn’t matter what craziness is going on around you, there is a still small oasis that you can retreat to.

And, what wells up from that oasis is not only peace and calm, but quite often, inspiration and wisdom too, that can help us in whatever challenges might be in front of us at that moment.

So, set an extra place at your table for Silence and let me know how it changes you and your outer world.
